    We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Mirasol Family Health Center in Hermiston, Oregon.

    Position Details:
    Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
    Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
    1.0FTE (40 hours per week)
    EMR system is EPIC

    Clinic Operational Hours:
    Monday ? Friday 7:30am- 7:00pm


    Position highlights:

    Base Compensation:
    $132k - $144k per year.

    Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
    $15k Hiring Bonus
    $20k Relocation allowance
    $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
    $25k annual geographical pay
    $1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($18k total)
    Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
    4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

    Qualifications:


    To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
