- Lead and participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
- Perform time studies and line balancing
- Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
- Troubleshoot production and help lead automation initiaitves
- Develop new manufacturing processes as the company gains more business and launches more product lines
- Analyze production line/work cell layouts and optimize using 3D modeling software
- Write work instructions/SOPs for launch of new product

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years' professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced in electronics manufacturing/electrical assembly, medical device manufacturing or related industry
- Background leading Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Experience with writing work instructions, BOMs preferred
- Exposure to New Product Introduction activities What's on Offer
- Salary - $80,000-$100,000
