    Job Description

  • Lead and participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
  • Perform time studies and line balancing
  • Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
  • Troubleshoot production and help lead automation initiaitves
  • Develop new manufacturing processes as the company gains more business and launches more product lines
  • Analyze production line/work cell layouts and optimize using 3D modeling software
  • Write work instructions/SOPs for launch of new product

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years' professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in electronics manufacturing/electrical assembly, medical device manufacturing or related industry
  • Background leading Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Experience with writing work instructions, BOMs preferred
  • Exposure to New Product Introduction activities What's on Offer
  • Salary - $80,000-$100,000
