Job Description:
- Operational Ownership: You will help the kitchen manager with the flow of the kitchen, ensuring the line is perfectly stocked for every shift and the meal prep fridge is consistently replenished with fresh, high-quality options for our members.
- Immaculate Environment: You understand that a professional kitchen is a clean kitchen. You will maintain our high standards for BOH organization and sanitation, ensuring the space remains a model of efficiency and cleanliness.
- Leadership Drive: As a key member of the Cafe team, you will hold yourself (and your peers) accountable to our recipes, portion sizes, and picture perfect food presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Line Mastery: Execute orders with speed and precision during all hours of operation.
- Inventory & Stocking: Proactively manage stock levels for the line and the grab-and-go meal prep fridge to ensure zero service gaps.
- Kitchen Integrity: Maintain the pristine condition of the Back of House through consistent "clean-as-you-go" habits and organized storage.
- Quality Control: Ensure every meal served meets our high standards in both presentation and recipe adherence.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of high-intensity restaurant line-cook experience.
- Mindset: A strong sense of accountability and a desire to lead by example.
- Skills: Excellent knife skills, and food safety knowledge.
- Vibe: Professional, reliable, and a service oriented mind.
