    Titled internally as a Corporate Account Manager, you play an integral part in creating customers for life This role onboards new customers, tracks cost saving opportunities and initiatives, and manages other customer projects. This is NOT a sales role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with CAE's goals and strategies.
    • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing relationships with new corporate customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of customer projects.
    • Assist in onboarding new corporate clients.
    • Act as a point of contact and make sure to respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Ensure corporate accounts comply with contract specifications.
    • Help organize quarterly business reviews.
    • Recommend and track cost-saving initiatives.

    Magid is working a "Hybrid" workweek schedule meaning 3 days a week in the Romeoville (IL) office, 2 days remote. You must be able to commute to Romeoville as required and/or as needed.

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years experience in customer or account relationship management.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
