    The Supervisor Security Operations Center is responsible for the management of enterprise security operations and security operator staff, structure and schedule.

    You will ensure that department procedures are up-to-date, technology systems are functioning accurately and operators are trained to respond to incidents.

    Responsibilities/Expectations:
    Hires, trains and prepares enterprise security operators and leased workers to respond to critical calls or alarmsConducts training for enterprise security operators and ensures operators follow department standards and or processManages staff and processes applicable to Code of Federal Regulation 33 (CFR 33) security programDrives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics managementLeads business continuity program for enterprise security response for business disruptions and crisis management; covers shifts as neededOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years work experience OR six (6) years related experience in crisis response, security, control center management and energy operationsPreferred: Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years related experience in crisis response, security, control center management and energy operations

    Other Requirements:
    Highly skilled in organization and interpersonal communication, prioritizing safety above allProficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsPreferred: Experience with Genetec, Milestone, CCure and Avigilon security software systemsPreferred: Proven leadership experiencePreferred: Familiar with Emergency Response and National Incident Management System (NIMS) and external agenciesPreferred: Experience in console operationsShift/Work Hours/

    Travel Requirements:
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule which could include after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidaysUp to 5% travel
