- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals, tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms, fostering student participation and progress.
- Collaborate closely with school staff, including teachers, special education coordinators, and parents, to ensure the success of therapy interventions.
- Utilize ProCare Therapy's specialized online toolkit, assessments, and other tech features to enhance therapy delivery and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Minnesota state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Full-time position for the duration of the school year.
- Independent contract / 1099 status, providing flexibility and autonomy.
