Responsibilities and Duties:
Evaluate patients using appropriate Physical Therapy Techniques Develop and implement patient plan of care and goals using appropriate PT skills review and revise the program as progress indicates Actively listen to patient family concerns when modifying treatment plans Be able to provide patient care during scheduled hours as assigned by a supervisor Educate motivate patients families to learn improve functional activities Assure the quality of overall perceived patient care Document progress discharge summaries home programs other required documentation in a timely manner Confer with physicians other staff members exchange discuss evaluate patient information for planning modifying coordinating treatment plans Maintain patent confidentiality at all times Participate in continuing education activities obtain required contact hours Appropriately utilize Physical Therapist Aides assist with patent care Additional job duties assigned Adherence CNRS Policies Demonstrate positive rapport staff members developing positive employee relations Demonstrate sound judgment taking appropriate actions questionable findings concerns Take direction initiate actions allow assumption crossfunctional duties ensure seamless patint car Ensure compliance regulatory standards Follow CNRS policies procedures including safety processes Regular attendance essential function job.
