- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, including a master schedule that integrates all critical construction activities and sequences.
- Oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality control, safety measures, and compliance with construction standards.
- Lead safety initiatives on-site, conducting regular inspections, safety meetings, and compliance reporting to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, record drawings, and compliance forms to ensure project accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Facilitate and lead regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure project continuity, adherence to schedule, and resolution of potential conflicts.
- 5+ years of construction experience with a proven track record in managing large scale projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about construction with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with owners and subcontractors.
