The successful candidate will join a team responsible for supporting internal and external systems, including the implementation of improvement requests and troubleshooting performance issues in line with department expectations.

About You
The right candidate for this role will be customer-focused and find value in helping people and fixing problems.
You will be comfortable dealing with people 'face to face' and be happy to be a public face of the IT Services department.
You'll be able to interpret and investigate requirements and issues and respond effectively, using good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and skill set:
