    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Quality Analyst . This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.

    What You'll Get To Do:
    • They will participate in internal and external audit planning, execution, and in facilitating and completing corrective actions.
    • They will provide guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations to assure compliance.
    • They will work directly with operating entities to ensure continuing audits as specified, while meeting identified requirements.
    • They will ensure the quality assurance programs and policies pertaining to SDS Division Quality Management Systems are in accordance with AS9100 and are maintained and reviewed regularly for compliance.

    This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    • A Bachelors degree and 10 Years of related experience; or a Masters degree with 8 years of related experience
    • 4 years' experience working in Compliance Management in an AS9100 or ISO9001 compliant organization.
    • 2 years' experience in developing or reviewing a Quality Management System
    • Currently or Previously AS9100 or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certified
    • Experience with non-conformance and corrective action process, root cause corrective actions and/or MRB
    • Experience with manufacturing and test labs quality assurance processes.
    • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    • 6+ years audit experience
    • Continual Improvement
    • Risk Analysis and Management
    • Process Improvement
    • Experience with document control process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
    • Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering practices
    • Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments.
    • Third Party auditing experience
    • Instructing/Training/Mentoring
    Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,400

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
