Job Description (Posting).Candidate should have around 10+ years of relevant experience in Pega preferably in Banking or any other financial industries.
Candidate should have expertise in App Studio, case management, integrations, Cosmos React, containerization, situation layer cake, security, reporting etc Knowledge of any one or two Pega provided frameworks such as Customer service, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, Decisioning, CDH, Sales Automation is mandatory Strong exposure to complete SDLC process with an experience of using standard IT tools available in the industry.
Good communication skill is essential to interact with customer and other stake holdersResponsibilities:Build a sample application as per the given use case in Pega with high quality in short duration of time Work as part of Community of Practice and bring in the industry standards and Pega best practices.
Assess the Pega application and provide recommendations to improve the architecture, design, code quality etc Guide the team on technical front and if required build reusable components in Pega Provide necessary support while releasing the application to production.
Provide support to the team in cross skilling or upskilling in Pega with training materials, academy links, path for certification etc.
Maintain technical debts and come up with priority of them Align the Pega applications as per the Roadmap laid out by the customer Collaborate with CoP lead in evaluating Pega frameworks or fitment analysis of Pega platform for a given use case Participate in all critical discussions and provide recommendations or suggestions to achieve the goal Maintain the technical artefacts and enable knowledge sharing sessions within teams
