Responsibilities

Create class schedules for members including Orientation and DYOP (Develop your own program)
Engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals instruct them on how to safely use the equipment and provide support as needed
Promote Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members offering assistance showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies
Frequently perform comprehensive walk of all fitness areas ensuring great member experience quickly addressing issues identified
Greet members guests assisting them with questions concerns check in Answer phones callers inquiries Regular consistent cleaning sanitizing exercise equipment Black Card spa amenities communal spaces assigned area Ensuring restrooms clean sanitized stocked clutter free following routine cleaning schedule/li>
