- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional expertise and guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arkansas.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
