Job summary
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems Prepare documents including correspondence reports drafts memos emails Process weekly payroll for field staff Review verify timecards hours overtime job codes Track employee hours PTO seasonal labor Ensure payroll compliance with company policies labor regulations Maintain records employee files Assist onboarding paperwork updates Support invoicing scheduling general tasks as needed Order materials research new deals suppliers Provide general support visitors Qualifications Proven experience Knowledge MS Office Excellent management skills ability prioritize work Attention detail problem-solving skills Written verbal communication Strong organizational multi-task High School degree additional qualification Administrative assistant Secretary will be a plus Skills Clover Customer Support Experience providing customers clients Administrative Proficient performing tasks data entry filing scheduling ordering etc Clerical Skills Phone Etiquette Professional phone manners handle calls effectively Experience Quickbooks Paychex payroll processing a plus
