- Four years experience assisting unemployed under-employed individuals obtaining maintaining employment developing implementing plans deliver workforce development training programs evaluating monitoring administering workforce development training programs managing contracts budgets workforce development training programs determining eligibility public assistance assessing applicants receipts welfare employment program benefits identify remove barriers self-sufficiency.
