    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.


    • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience: Work Settings, MS/Tele, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Non-invasive airway management, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac

    Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

    Need to be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg

    Shift & Scheduling: D/N Rotating, // , Every other weekend

    7 days maximum time off

    2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
