- Manage project from proposal stage through closeout
- Handle any issues that arise resulting from unforeseen conditions
- Effectively manage and build teamwork within project execution team

- 15+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred
- 5 – 10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction
- Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects
- Ability to help decipher and solve technical issues relating to construction
- Strong customer service ability
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Good understanding of legal processes
- Able to maintain morale within the group and foster an environment of strong team spirit

The ideal candidate should be technically adept and experienced, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
Job Summary: Seeking a candidate well-versed in all phases of the construction process, from initial scope development to project completion. Overseeing a variety of projects, including design-build and bid-build projects typically ranging from $2M to $15M, with the potential responsibility for up to $22M worth of projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include acquisition, planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards and safety compliance.
The primary project assignment is a $10.5M design-build mechanical project at Fort Sill, OK, involving the replacement of dedicated outside air units in multiple buildings and integrating the chilled water loop from the Fort Sill plant. The Project Manager will collaborate with a team comprising a Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, and SSHO for successful project delivery.
