    Overview
    The Compensation Analyst will analyze and maintain the integrity of the company's employee compensation plans and job descriptions.
    What you will need
    Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
    Extensive knowledge of Human Resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
    3-5 years of compensation experience.
    How you will make an impact

    Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed.

    Interviews and surveys employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.

    Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.
    Benchmark jobs against industry peers and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
    Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
    Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
    Plans and communicates preferred methods and best practices for compensation and evaluating employees.
    Provide ongoing analysis to ensure employee compensation is accurate in the HRIS platform.

    Perform maintenance and analysis of the company's payscales and salaries to ensure they comply with all laws and regulations.
