    R&P is looking for a senior professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients.

    We need a Senior Design Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in support of PMS 300/32- a Navy Ship Building Program.

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Engineering Preferred
    Navy procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Preferred DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); ship building experience

    Qualifications:

    The Contractor shall provide engineering/technical support for concept studies; preliminary design activities; contract design activities; detail design and construction activities; independent design reviews; In-service ship design and engineering activities; shipboard installation support; and special studies related to ships/boats/craft, ship systems and/or shipboard equipment.

    The Contractor shall provide naval architecture, marine engineering, electrical engineering and in-depth engineering support for the Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E); Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I); and mission equipment and systems installed aboard ships, boats, craft and targets, including Combat Logistics Force (CLF), Special Mission Ships, and FMS assets.
