    How you will contribute:
    Formatting and editing Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams

    Ensuring documents are satisfactorily and consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback

    Backing-up receptionist as needed

    General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, meeting set up, etc.)

    Occasional errands (post office, etc.)

    Facilities support

    Correspondence and other administrative assistance for partners and managers

    We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

    Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to handle constructive feedback; often work is proofed by another member of the team for accuracy

    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Must have excellent grammar, punctuation, editing, proofing, and verbal communication skills


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment

    High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    Type 50+ wpm
