Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations general ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare process journal entries accounts payable accounts receivable transactions Conduct balance sheet reconciliation account analysis in accordance with GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Assist with payroll processing tax-related activities ensuring compliance governmental regulations Generate detailed financial reports including financial statement writing budget analysis Support double-entry bookkeeping processes maintaining proper debits & credits all transactions
