- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus

- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
- Abovemarket compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)

- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, andCME

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
- Have an active, nonprobationary state medical license
- The group offers our physicians advantages that simply can't be found in other practices Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
