    ResponsibilitiesREI Systems Inc is seeking a seasoned

    Salesforce Technical Architect


    responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on building custom reusable web components, data integrations and solving technical challenges for large IT programs with a federal civilian agency.

    With your broad and deep technical knowledge, you will serve as a big-picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver.

    How will you make an Impact:

    Delivery


    Work closely with Project Managers, Solution architects, and clients to architect technology solutions needed to support critical customer business processes.


    Support and maintain current Salesforce instance(s), including the data model, coding best practices, user permissions, integrations with third party and internal applications, security settings.

    Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development.

    Ensure design is architected correctly and meets Salesforce best practices.

    Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security.


    Act as subject matter expert (SME) in Salesforce integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and other tools that extend the product.

    Oversee overall development, validation, and deployment plans.


    Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its declarative capabilities, data model, security model, and integration options.

    Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, and provide guidance on leveraging new capabilities.

    Leadership

    Team Lead for all Salesforce integration and development activities.


    Work closely with Offering Leads and Account Managers to provide strategic overview, guidance, and roadmap recommendations for our Federal Customers.

    Provide best practices guidance to developers and client technical team.

    Growth

    Work closely with the Account Managers on defining, scoping, and conducting product demonstrations around various custom solutions.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field

    Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Preferred

    Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification desired

    10+ years of software development background with 7+ years' experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and Migration Tools

    5+ years' experience in building custom UI solutions using Salesforce Lightning design system (SLDS), Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC, web technologies (HTML 5, CSS3, XML, jQuery, JavaScript)

    Experience with Salesforce Platform events, Streaming API, Change data capture.

    Proficient in Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Felx cards, Integration Procedures.

    Strong understanding of environment management and governance, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

    Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification preferred

    Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.

    A PhD in a related field is desired


    Location:
    Hybrid role coming to Sterling VA office, 1 or 2 days per week.
