Description

ARIAS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is truly passionate and driven by a sense of purpose. With a history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes, serving our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks effectively. Over time, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, leveraging your expertise in mastering the required skills using our specialized systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year on average.

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Train and support new team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
A genuine passion for assisting others and building meaningful relationships
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement mindset
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are prerequisites
Clean background check and personal transportation are essential
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
