    Job Summary:

    Assists management regarding contractual and compliance requirements, client specifications, government regulations and auditing associated with physician compensation, practice acquisitions and contractual obligations. Coordinates action plans in collaboration with entity leadership for improvement and development of plans. Supports contract database functions maintained within Salesforce.

    Job Requirements:

    Education and Work Experience:
    • Associate's/Technical Degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
    • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
    Essential Functions:
    • Act as a superuser of Adventist Health's Salesforce database that documents and tracks all provider compensation terms. Requires review and interpretation of final contracts, Salesforce inputs, and regular auditing of work. High emphasis on accuracy and turnaround times in order to meet deadlines for other teams related to physician compensation processing and data extraction.
    • Analyzes and gather financial, demographic and other contractual data from each contract to prepare action forms that are submitted to cross-functional teams resulting in minor to major financial and budgetary impacts. High emphasis on turnaround times for completion of each action form with clear and effective communication of contract terminology. Will regularly apply learned knowledge to assess unique or non-standard contracts or approaches to compensation as it relates to database and reporting functionality.
    • Works closely with the physician compensation and data analytics teams on projects, answering questions related to Salesforce, data auditing, and contracts. Requires basic cross-trained knowledge with these teams and its impact to contract terms and database reporting. Using applied knowledge, will regularly identify areas of opportunity and development.
    • Assists with the annual budget process as it relates to provider compensation. Assists with analysis and preparation of presentations or reporting related to physician data.
    • Supports the contracting team on basic contract functions, as needed, including drafting offer letters, uploading contractual documentation, and pull reports.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
