    Job Details

    Hillcrest Youth Services is currently seeking a part-time Youth Care WorkerPRN (as needed) to add to our team of professionals. This position will be responsible for supervising youth in our residential program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise residents and maintain a safe and secure environment.
    • Work varied shifts, including first shift, second shift, and third shift, with a minimum of three days per month required.
    • Provide fair and constructive discipline to residents.
    • Maintain accurate resident records and administer medication as needed.
    • Transport residents and maintain the cleanliness of facilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is highly preferred.
    • Previous work with juveniles is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and writing skills, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
    • A valid driver's license and passing background checks are required.
