- Advanced Data Modeling: Assist the Government by developing and utilizing complex models, tools, and algorithms to uncover trends and patterns within our corporate data.
- Business Process Modeling: Collaborate with the Business Architect to model business processes, supporting re-engineering, optimization, or the integration of technical solutions such as automation and advanced machine learning.
- Architectural Modeling: Create models that capture NGA's architectures, requirements, and systems performance, aligning with NGA's strategies and future vision for our corporate mission.
- Analysis Support: Develop models to aid in the analysis of alternatives, performance trades, design choices, and new capabilities. Your work will inform decisions within existing NSG architectures and cloud environments.
- U.S. Citizenship: This position requires U.S. citizenship.
- Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI security clearance issued by the U.S. Government is mandatory for this role.
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program. Alternatively, demonstrate equivalent mid-level work experience as a Data Modeler.
- Data Modeling Proficiency: Bring mid-level experience in government or industry, particularly in modeling large, complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Experience with MBSE processes, tools, and languages is a plus.
- Operations Research: Mid-level experience in Operations Research is desirable.
