Join Our Team: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate – $18/Hour

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

We're hiring a
1st Shift Warehouse Associate
to join our growing team Starting at
$18 per hour
, this position offers full-time, weekday hours with opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately fill and package orders based on detailed specifications and paperwork.
• Operate packaging lines, forklifts, and cranes to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct final inspections of materials and complete associated documentation.
• Support your team with a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep equipment clean and operational; report any issues promptly.
• Train team members when needed and help foster a strong, high-trust environment.
• Follow all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement protocols.
• Take part in cross-training opportunities, including slitting and traverse winding operations.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Basic computer skills
• A safety-first mindset and strong teamwork skills
