    Village Camp is actively seeking an experienced Outdoor Hospitality Professional to join our team and launch our newest brand, Village Camp - Flagstaff. This role will be integral to the brand and is a fast track to RVP with 3 more properties ready to rebrand after this. We are planning to open the Flagstaff location in May 2023, and we are looking to make immediate hire for pre-open marketing and construction responsibilities.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO...

    • Greet & establish a rapport with guests, residents, prospective residents, and vendors
    • Greet guests/concierge: provide information to the public by phone, online, and in-person about the facilities, pricing, reservations, programs, and other services. Treat our customers and guests with respect - Be kind, courteous, and knowledgeable
    • Answer calls efficiently for reservations and calls customers when needed
    • Answers questions in our online chat
    • Report resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager
    • Efficiently check guests in and out, handling reservations and walk-in guests
    • Collect rent, deposits, and payments for other services in Rent Manager and Campspot
    • Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed
    • Send emails to residents / potential guests as needed
    • Maintain and complete resort files, reports, and records
    • Upload files resident files and resident/guest communications to Rent Manager
    • Prepare and distribute resort communications such as newsletters, rule reminders, violations etc.
    • Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare orders as needed
    • Sort mail and packages and distribute to mailboxes
    • Secure documents for leases
    • Input meter readings
    • Contact maintenance when needed for guests with any potential problems
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS...
    • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college experience preferred
    • Intermediate to advance with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of POS software and facility rental/reservation software is strongly preferred, but not required
    • Pleasant phone voice, excellent phone skills, professional appearance, and demeanor required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
    • Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
    • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
    • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures and should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers
    • Physical Activities: Ability to regularly walk, stand or stoop. Prolonged periods of sitting down.
    • Lifting Requirements: Able to occasionally lift, carry, push, pool or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Environment Conditions: Able to work comfortably in property environment. Company will provide adequate uniforms
