    Description


    LSU Health Shreveport seeks a full-time Renal Pathologist to join our subspecialized practice at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Department of Pathology and Translational Pathobiology.

    The position has potential as Renal Pathology Division Director and Renal/GU Pathology fellowship director depending on experience.

    With our new department Chair, Dr. Jim Zhai and a supportive institution environment we continue to expand our volume and outreach program.

    We are seeking a renal pathologist with a desire to actively participate in a diverse clinical service and engage in resident and fellow teaching.

    LSUHS provides highly competitive compensation and healthcare packages. Shreveport is an area in North Louisiana with Southern hospitality, relaxing environment, and low-cost suburban living.

    Qualifications

    The applicant must meet the following:

    • The applicant must have an MD or comparable degree,
    * be board certified in Anatomic Pathology,
    * be eligible to obtain a medical license in Louisiana.
