The Friendly Toast is a unique "all day brunch and bar" restaurant with an eclectic, scratch-made menu. While we may have a passion for mimosas and tots, we prioritize people and community over all else. We pride ourselves on our safe and healthy workplace and our "come as you are" mentality.

The Friendly Toast is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious drinks and providing excellent customer service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Take and process drink orders
Check guests' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
Upsell drinks and menu items to guests
Reliable and punctual

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender
Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Working Conditions

Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones, computers, printers, and other office equipment.
