- Build a capacity / scheduling model for biological manufacturing processes and supply chain
- Implement model in a scheduling tool such as RTMS, Schedule Pro, etc.
- Perform sensitivity analyses on manufacturing processes and facility to optimize planning activities between suppliers and manufacturing
- Support Production Scheduler in optimizing supply demand to maximize plant capacity utilization
- MS or PhD in chemical engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant field
- 3-5 years of industry or post-doc experience process or capacity modeling of complex systems
- Knowledge of supply optimization, modeling, capacity planning and process flows
- Excellent communicator, critical thinking and analysis skills
