Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and can confidently work multiple stations. You will prepare menu items according to recipe specifications while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food to established recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations for service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all food safety and portion control guidelines
Communicate inventory needs to kitchen management
Work collaboratively to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
