Job Title:
Lead Dental HygienistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Hygienist to join our team.

As a Lead Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dental hygienists to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care by performing dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other dental hygiene procedures related to the pediatric dental office
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for athome care
• Lead a team of dental hygienists by providing guidance, training, and support
• Ensure compliance with all dental office policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Assist the dentist with procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:
• Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast
• paced environment
• Knowledge of dental software and technology
