    We are seeking experienced Registered behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our TERI Out of Home Respite department. As an RBT you will work part time providing valuable support to special needs clients with moderate levels of behavior.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides support to children and adults with Autism and

    developmental disabilities in a group setting.

    • Ability to safely manage problematic behavior in public spaces.
    • Work closely with special needs clients during social and recreational public outings
    • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Overseeing & Managing behavior safely through evidence-based practices and company approved methods.

    Rate: $30 / Hour

    Schedule: Less than 20 hours a week. Weekend availability preferred.

    Requirements:

    • Active RBT certification
    • Experience working with individuals with Moderate levels of behavior.
    • Availability during afternoons, early evenings, and weekends.
    • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Acceptable driving history.
    • Personal mode of transportation.
    • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
    • Criminal background check required.
