    Description

    Trust Administrator II

    To provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Trust Department and Trust Officers.

    Duties Responsibilities:

    1. Prepare discretionary distributions, payment of client expenses cash and/or asset distributions customer cash and/or asset contributions correspondence routine customer inquiries.
    2. Engage directly with customers on a wide variety of requests associated with administration of accounts
    3. Coordinate compilation monthly Trust Committee board packet Attend take minutes for Trust related Committee meetings Review trust agreements in support of trust officer administering accounts Prepare account Pre-Acceptance New Account Set-Up Initial Annual Review documents Account Closing Report(s) review by Trust Officer(s).

    New Accounts Preparation Communication Coordination & Analysis Document Imaging Administration Support Vendor Management Reporting Reconciliation Overnight Shipping Courier Service Expense Reports Other projects duties as needed Timely accurate performance required.


    Main Requirements



    • Prior experience 3-5 years administrative role background knowledge accounting preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Undergraduate degree pursuing recommended. Three to five years direct trust administrative assistant experience preferred Supervisory experience N/A Education Skills Experience relevant fields strongly encouraged. Personal computer high proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint telephone 10 key adding machine/calculator copier scanner facsimile machine.
      Excellent organizational skills prioritize tasks effectively maintain attention detail strong communication interpersonal skills independently working minimal supervision fast-paced office environment ability adapt change situations quickly remain focused set priorities multiple competing demands.
