    Job Title: Customer Service & Logistics Associate

    About the Role:

    The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that customer orders are entered, processed and delivered accurately and efficiently. As the first line of JT International's working relationship with customers, this position is responsible for building and maintaining a strong rapport and professional relationship with all customers.

    • Built and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure all invoices/credit memos are processed correctly and on time.
    • Update and maintain customer database.
    • Review and perform control activity walkthroughs.
    • Maintain ERP system with accurate data.
    • Reconcile warehouse physical counts.
    • Work closely with warehouse team and Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager.
    • Invoice processing for freight carriers and warehouse vendors.
    • Resolve invoicing and inventory issues.

    About You:

    • 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service / Logistics / Operations functions.
    • Proficient knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to think on one's feet.
    • Quantitative analysis skills desired.
