Assist clients with claims.

Develop positive working relationships with clients.

Respond to clients questions.

Receive payments.

Answer phone.

Make outbound calls.

Requirements

Pleasant demeanor.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of computer programs a must.

The ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.

Must have excellent follow up skills.

Must be willing to travel to other offices to work occasionally.

Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses preferred, or must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
