Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy Administration or PharmD
Certifications Requirements:
Nebraska Pharmacist License, Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1.5 years inpatient / acute care pharmacy experience in a hospital setting. Experience mixing chemo drugs HIGHLY preferred.
Other Requirements:
