    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our site operations and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals
    • Oversee site operations, including subcontractor management, quality control, and safety initiatives
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers
    • Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with MS Office, project management software, and construction technology
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
