- Coordinate schedules and timelines to meet deadlines
- Submit new items for in-store or online listings, working and communicating with other departments and account managers for direction, collection of assets, and accurate product information
- Communicate efficiently with internal and external members of the organization
- Manage tasks from beginning to end, proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time deliverables
- Process and track customer samples, working and communicating with other departments and account managers to successfully complete
- Conduct audits, as needed
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials (such as presentations) as needed
- Attend customer meetings and calls as requested and provide input on accounts, meetings notes, and recaps, as needed
- Understand accounts and work closely with Account Managers to fully support
- Must have ability to work well in fast-paced environment
- 2+ years sales experience a PLUS
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative office setting
- Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cross functional team communication
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
