    The Sales Coordinator will be supporting the Sales Team by gathering materials, communicating relevant information both internally and externally, and facilitating team activities to maximize performance. Work directly with the team management to ensure that all administrative and support functions are operating efficiently.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Coordinate schedules and timelines to meet deadlines
    • Submit new items for in-store or online listings, working and communicating with other departments and account managers for direction, collection of assets, and accurate product information
    • Communicate efficiently with internal and external members of the organization
    • Manage tasks from beginning to end, proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time deliverables
    • Process and track customer samples, working and communicating with other departments and account managers to successfully complete
    • Conduct audits, as needed
    • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials (such as presentations) as needed
    • Attend customer meetings and calls as requested and provide input on accounts, meetings notes, and recaps, as needed
    • Understand accounts and work closely with Account Managers to fully support
    • Must have ability to work well in fast-paced environment
    What we look for:
    • 2+ years sales experience a PLUS
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative office setting
    • Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving
    • Team player
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Cross functional team communication
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
