    Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available

    All Star Physical Therapy in Perris, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we're seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month.     You'll achieve success by:    

    • Reviewing patients medical history  
    • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending and average of 30 minutes with each person 
    • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns  
    • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected outcomes 
    • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury   
    • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed       

    Qualifications:    

    • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California 
    • CPR and first aid certification required

    Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
    • Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
    • Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
    Qualifications:
    • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
    • AHA BLS required
    • Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
    • Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
