    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to drive clinical relationships and engagement with physician practices, members, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to improve physician practice performance, reduce readmissions, and enhance outcomes.
    • Collaborate with physicians, office staff, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    • Provide education and support to offices on quality and risk documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
    • Liaise with internal teams, including Analytics, Medical Directors, and Supportive Care Programs, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Participate in regular meetings and engagement cadences with offices to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • At least 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical or operational role.
    • Strong knowledge of quality (HEDIS) and risk adjustment principles.
    • Ability to drive up to 75% of the time to local practitioner offices.
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
    • Availability to work between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour. Pay is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
