- Education: Bachelors or higher degree as a therapist from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a OT or PT, with a minimum of one year of full-time home health experience.
- Possess an adequate working knowledge of the scope of practice of PT, OT, & SLP
- Effective documentation skills.
- Competency navigating and documenting in electronic medical record systems.
- Physically capable of providing therapy to patients within scope of practice
- Must be currently licensed and in good standing in the state of Colorado.
- Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate.
- Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Purpose:
The overall goal of this position is to oversee the therapy program and home care staff (employee and contractors) of the clinical department.
The role will focus on providing supervisorial support in both the office and the field through chart audits, staff coaching, staff competency reviews, and performing occasional patient visits as the need arises.
The job will focus in providing supervisorial support including field visits with staff, training, chart audits, staff and competency reviews.
The other focus will be in assisting field staff with case review and patient oversight.What We offer:

To oversee clinical programs, therapy services and therapy staff accountability. To provide high quality patient care. To educate and train therapy staff. To address care and therapy staff issues, establish performance improvements and initiate programs that can help the agency grow. To ensure compliance as well as assist management with proper oversight of clinical services of the agency. To perform accurate and competent patient admissions and treatments. To evaluate, supervise, and improve therapy staff performance.
This position is salaried between $80,000-$85,000 annually.
