Description
Summary
Operates all radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, portable equipment to include Operating room portable C-Arm procedures to obtain optimal radiographs of designated portions of the body to aid in diagnosis of disease.
Direct responsibility for adult, pediatric, and neonatal care until patient is returned to patient room or until outpatient is discharged.
QualificationsEducation
Required:
Certificate from Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology
Preferred:
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technolog
Experience
Preferred:
Thorough knowledge of radiologic technology, terminology, practice, procedure, physiology and human anatomy
