- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Speech Therapist with Spindle Staffing, you will play a crucial role in providing direct services and assessments to students with communication disorders. Your responsibilities will include working with students ranging from elementary to middle school, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.
