Job summary
Under a minimal level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for the Paycor General Ledger product Ensures good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly effectively and in accordance with Paychex policies procedures Proactively educates informs clients initiates improvements based on client feedback The specialist will possess extensive knowledge of payroll accounting general ledgers to maximize their business productivity client satisfaction ultimately retention
Responsibilities
- Works directly with Paycors clients to create review a customized general ledger using Paycors software platform meeting high standards for timeliness accuracy
- Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance clients service experience
