Position Summary:
Our Specialty Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician. The PM &R physician will provide outpatient consultation. The PM & R physician will consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. The PM & R physician will collaborate with physical therapists, primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model.
