- Experience in a managerial or leadership role

As an Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the development of cutting-edge technologies critical to the success of our diverse product lines.
This position will work out of our Olathe, Kansas location and will be 100% on-site role.
In this role, you will be the top engineering leader at the Olathe site, and as such your responsibilities will include coordinating engineering support of the production lines, leading your own team of engineers, and representing engineering in the site leadership council.
