Prepares clear and cost-effective transportation quotes for customersOperates at the highest level of quality, meeting customer needs in a cost-efficient manner by efficiently managing interfaces and coordination between the various LCC teamsDemonstrates a keen understanding of the significance of the work that the LCC supports, focused on the best interest of our patients and saving their lives.
Recommend and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and team projects as assignedAttend team meetings outside of call hours as necessaryThis job is based full-time at our Logistics Command Center (remote shifts are not permitted).
The Logistics Manager will work approximately 15 12-hour shifts per month in a 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekendsPerform other tasks and duties as assignedBackground and Qualifications:Bachelors degree plus 2+ years of operations experience, including logistics, retail, transportation, command center, control tower, etc.
